As a CX & digital marketing consultant I specialise in developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to help businesses grow. I do this by looking into how your customer behave and interact with your brand across all touch points of their journey. For some clients, it’s as simple as putting together a well thought set of automated digital marketing initiatives that promote an already successfully defined journey. For others, it can be about developing systems and processes in order to adopt CX and the associated digital marketing initiatives. I come in handy when you lack the theoretical or technical expertise of marketing to grow your business.

CX, or customer experience defines how a customer perceives interaction with your company or brand as they look to achieve a task. Each and every single interaction contributes to the customer experience whether a customer coming in contact with your brand via in-store or online.

To put it simply, digital marketing is individual or multiple marketing initiatives that are taken online in order to generate more leads and sales. You may typically know digital marketing as Google Adwords, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising, such as Facebook ads. Whilst these are certainly marketing activities, these initiatives just scratch the surface.

If your customers are web savvy, have a smart phone, and have a need for your type of product or service, but you don’t know how to reach them online, then you need digital marketing consultant. Getting the phone calls, emails and sales you need to stay in business becomes harder as your competitors start their own online marketing efforts. In order to get noticed and get the leads you want, you need to do some form of digital marketing. Traditional forms of marketing such as yellow pages, flyers and newspaper ads have become the least productive ways to marketing your brand and no longer ensure constant business growth.

I start by understanding your product or service,  your objectives and your ideal target customer. I then see how your product or service resonates with your customer’s needs by defining your different types of customers as personas. This is then followed with a customer journey map to see how each of the personas behave online, and the types of advertising or online platforms they are exposed to in their quest to search for an answer to their problem. Once I know this I can carry out effective marketing activities to get your brand in front of your target customers.

Like a piece of string, there is no set cost to a digital marketing campaign. I price your campaign based on the effort it takes to get results for you across the appropriate digital marketing channels. These marketing channels are chosen to ensure they are relevant to your business, industry and customers.

As part of my sales process, I will produce an in-depth campaign proposal that outlines the effort required to grow your business online.

Being a small business I take a more personal and supportive approach to your marketing, whilst also being slightly more knowledgeable in certain areas as a specialist, and not generalist like others.
